Delete your account

You can delete your Edulga account yourself, from inside the app. If you have already uninstalled it, or cannot sign in, write to us and we will delete the account for you.

From the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete.

We ask you to type your email address because deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app

Send us a deletion request from the email address on your account, so we can be sure the request is yours. We will confirm by email once the account is deleted.

What deletion removes

• Your account and profile, including your name, photo and any links you added.
• Your learning roadmaps, lessons, assessments and progress.
• Your conversations with Lula.
• Files you uploaded, including any you shared publicly.
• Any remaining credits.
• Your sign-in itself, so the email address can be used to start again from scratch.

Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

What may remain for a short time

• Deleted data may remain in our database backups for up to 7 days, after which the backups are overwritten.
• Application logs are kept for 3 days.
• Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after your account is deleted.
